Our garden units which are separate from the main block feature fully insulated and heated sleeping areas and also an outside run. The garden units are:

Our family units are on the end of the main block with fully insulated and heated sleeping areas and also a large outside run. The family units are:

Terms and Conditions
A full day board is charged for the day of arrival and on the day of departure.
All days booked are chargeable, regardless of drop off or departure time.
If you would like to book, please contact us to see if we have availability. This is on a first come first serve basis and only guaranteed with a deposit or full payment.
We require a 50% non-refundable & non-transferable booking fee.
This fee will secure your booking date and unit.
If the arrival date is within the next week, in this case full payment is required.
The initial deposit will only cover the dates booked.
All deposits are non- refundable and will be deducted from your final bill.
Allocation of the units, the units with an outside run are given to a family or units with more than 1 cat.
We will only take payment by cash or via a bank transfer. A receipt will be given for cash and an email will be sent to confirm an online booking.
A cat will not be considered booked in until the deposit has been paid. Due to our limited spaces, we will not pencil anyone in or take provisional bookings.
Pawfection Luxury Cattery requires a minimum of 7 days notice before the arrival date to amend the booking. This includes early pick up, altering dates or cancellation of the booking.
The booking fee if non-refundable and the full amount of the original booking is payable.
Booking in and what to do next
If you would like to look around our cattery you are very welcome, all we ask is you ring/email to make an appointment and we will be happy to show you around. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to call or email.
We advise checking availability with us first.
To secure the booking we need a 50% deposit, we calculate this to the nearest pound.
If the booking is within the next 7 days we do take full payment for board.
*We require the deposit payment within 24hrs of your inquiry as we have limited spaces.

Terms, Health & Non-collection of cat/s
A condition of boarding your cat is that on arrival it is in a fit and healthy condition and with no fleas. Your cat must have had its annual vaccinations/ boosters at least 2 weeks before arrival.
Otherwise, they will be bringing a live virus into the cattery & we can't accept them.
You must bring the vaccination cards with you on arrival every time.
If your cat is not up to date with its annual vaccinations it will take 5 weeks for them to be covered, they must have had the 2nd jab a minimum of two weeks before the arrival date.
A valid and up to date certificate from the vet must be produced upon arrival.
If a valid vaccination document is not produced, then we reserve the right to add an administration charge of £5 to your bill.
To seek clarification of your pets status from your vet. The owner accepts that while boarding any information relevant to boarded pet and subject to the data protection act may be released to an agent at Pawfection Luxury Cattery if requested.
If a valid vaccination card is not presented and your vet is unable or unwilling to confirm your pets vaccination status we will be unable to accept or keep your pet for boarding on our premises and you will forfeit any deposit paid.
In the event your cat shows signs of illness we will in the first instance call your emergency contact, if not possible we will call your vet if within a 5-mile radius otherwise our own vet will be used. If we can't contact anyone and we feel the cat urgently needs a vet, we will take the cat to our own vet. The cost of this will be payable by you when you collect your cat. We accept no liability in the unlikely event your cat becomes ill, lost or dies during their stay with us. All cats are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
If your cat is not collected within 3 days of the departure date and no communication is received
from the owner, a decision to rehome the cat will be made at the cattery owner's discretion. Any outstanding fees will still be payable.
What to bring with you:
All cats must be brought in a suitable and safe carrier. You must bring your cats vaccination book.
We will not accept a cat in the cattery without an up-to-date vaccination book and up to date flea treatment.
We only supply Whiskas and Felix brand foods. It is important that your cat sticks to the diet they're on at home otherwise they can lose weight & in turn may have diarrhoea & vomiting.
We supply comfortable bedding in all our units but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, also any favourite toys your cat likes. We have found that the smell of home and familiar things helps the cats to settle in better. If you would like us to groom your cat, please bring their brush.
Please be aware that this booking is only guaranteed and accepted based on the information you have supplied on the booking form being correct. It is a risk to other cats and owners if this information is wrong.
By filling in the admissions form with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out above and agree for us to contact you about your booking.
To comply with Data protection laws all your personal details and information will be kept securely on the premises and will not be passed on or sold to any third party.
